This class is to be taken after the "How to Start a Not-For-Profit Business Part I" (1/28/10)
Learn how to apply for Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) from the I.R.S
Review I.R.S Form 1023-Application for Tax Exempt Recognition
Review Exempt Organization Report Requirements - I.R.S. Form 889. Learn what Exempt Organizations can do and cannot do to keep from losing exempt status
