Illinois’ new organ/tissue donor registry.

If you registered to be an Illinois organ donor before Jan. 1, 2006, or have never registered before…

IMPORTANT: Signing the back of your driver’s license is no longer adequate to ensure your wishes as a donor are honored--what counts is your registration in Illinois’ new organ/tissue donor registry.

More than 4,700 Illinoisans and 98,000 people nationwide are waiting for lifesaving transplants.
